🔒 Is my child's information private?

Yes, absolutely. Your children's names and ages are private by default and protected at the database level. No other user can ever see this information.

📍 Why don't I see parks near me?

Make sure you've allowed ParkPal to access your location in Settings → ParkPal → Location. If parks still don't show, try searching for your neighborhood or zip code in the search bar.

🔑 I forgot my password

Tap "Sign In" on the home screen, then tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

🗑️ How do I delete my account?

Email us at privacy@parkpalapp.com with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll remove all your data within 30 days.

🌳 How do I add a park that's missing?

ParkPal uses Google Places to find parks. If a park is missing, it may not be listed on Google Maps yet. You can add it to Google Maps and it will appear in ParkPal shortly after.

⭐ How do reviews work?

Any signed-in parent can leave a review for any park. Reviews appear publicly with your display name. Your children's information is never shown in reviews.
